What connections does WR244 offer?
WR244 combines 4G LTE Cat 4, four Ethernet ports and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi in a compact, DIN-rail-mountable router.
Which alternative to WR244 has serial ports?
Choose WR245 if you need RS232, RS485 and additional I/O alongside Ethernet.
How is WR244 powered?
Use the four-pin Molex DC connector or a compatible passive PoE supply. The PoE port powers the router; it does not power connected devices.
Can WR244 switch to cellular if Ethernet fails?
Yes. With WAN failover configured, WR244 can switch to cellular when Ethernet WAN fails. Active sessions may need to reconnect.
Which VPN and industrial protocols does WR244 support?
